By combining taper concentricity with no backlash with an extremely large planar surface, combined with high torque, BENZ Solidfix® offers a maximum in stability and rigidity, which is even capable of withstanding the demands of milling. The high torque transmission and the highest possible rpms also stress the effectiveness. The HAIMER Duo-Lock interface is characterized by a run-out accuracy of <5 μm and a high rigidity. It complements every machining operation.

Due to the quick-change system and the convenient one-hand operation, the adapter can be changed in less than 20 seconds. Thanks to the length repeatability of the HAIMER Duo-Lock cutting tools (+/- 0. 01 mm), there is no need to preset again in the machine.

Set-up time can be reduced and milling performance increased.
